How long is the lead time?
Depending on the complexity and quantities of the order, production time can take between 14 and 25 days. The average shipping time is 7-12 days. Shipping may be delayed due to circumstances in global logistics.
Are samples free?
We offer free samples from our stock, as long as the client covers the shipping charge. For custom samples, we charge a $50 development fee per design plus shipping. The development fee is later deducted from the total order amount.
What is your MOQ?
Our minimum order quantity is 250 pairs one color and one sizes. For some custom and certified blends or special techniques ,the MOQ may be higher, depending on our inventory levels and supply.
Do you offer sustainable materials?
We offer a variety of sustainable material options. Our basic blend is made from combed cotton and polyester. We have other options, such as GRS certified recycled yarns, GOTS certified organic cotton, linen, bamboo and hemp. All of our yarns supplied and production are completely free of harmful chemicals, certified by OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100.
